Install Git

Install Python

First, install pyenv. Don't forget to setup and restart your shell afterwards.

Then, use pyenv to install python. Reading this whole section and making yourself familiar with pyenv is highly recommended.

Install PyCharm Community Edition

I highly recommend to first install JetBrains Toolbox and then use it to install PyCharm Community Edition. This will help you keeping your IDE up-to-date.

Create GitLab Account

Simply go to GitLab and create an account.

Then, register a SSH key with your GitLab account.

Create a Trello Account

Sign up for Trello.
